  3. Rec Division playoff format reviewed. Rec voted in favor to keep the full 8 team round robin for the 2025/26 season.
  4. Tie breaker formula adjustment.  In the event that 3 or more teams are tied with wins and points.  If a team won against all the tied teams this team will be seeded higher than the rest.  This will be an addition to step 2 of the tie breaker formula for the playoffs.
  5. Motion to increase Referee wages. League Members voted and passed a wage increase.  Officials will now be paid $60 per game.
  6. Referee shortages for 2025/26.  League to advertise through as many social media outlets before the season starts. Aim is to hire 20 to 25 full-time Officials.
  7. League to host one day seminar for Referees wanting to work for the League before the next season starts.  On and off ice training will be provided.
  8. Motion to review rule regarding players playing in both Divisions and how suspensions will be handled going forward.  League Members voted and approved new rule.  Any player playing in both the Leagues Divisions that is suspended will be ineligible to play in the other Division until their suspension is served in full.  Example a player receives a fighting major in Rec.  Automatic 3 games suspension.  That player has to serve his entire 3 games suspension for Rec first before he can play another OT Division game.
  9. Motion to address suspensions for spare players.  New rule created to address this situation.  League Members approved that any player on the spare list that receives a suspension while playing for team will be ineligible to play again until the team that they were playing for has played the amount of games of the suspension.  Example: Spare player picked up to play for the Ice Hawks receives a 3 game suspension.  That spare player cannot play in the League again until the Ice Hawks have played 3 games. Repeat offenders will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
  10. Spare players attendance tracking.  Teams will now be required to inform the Scorekeeper when a spare player has been picked up.  Scorekeeper to add that players name to the scoresheet. League suspects some players have forgotten to pay.
  11. Player re-rate. Both Divisions updated their player roster ratings.  OT has adopted the same points system as the Rec Division (1 to 7).
